Our first night’s stay was at a very small park located super close to U of A and downtown Tucson. Sentinel Peak RV Park is situated between apartment complexes, in what could have easily been an automotive repair shop in a different life. The office and clubhouse are housed in a newer, clean metal building with a few rollup doors that have been permanently closed to make the “clubhouse”. It’s the only park considered to be in the downtown area, is super clean, all paved, and offers full hook-ups. It’s not really much to write home about, but the person that helped me was very kind and professional, and hey, it got the job done.
We needed a place close to U of A so that we could meet up with our nephew. Wouldn’t you know, he had a change of plans for the weekend and we missed him this time. We’ll get you on the next trip, Andrew!
