Day Two, Coeur d’Alene, ID

We added another Diners, Drive-Ins and Dives to our list of visited DDDs having lunch at Capone’s Pub & Grill.  We all enjoyed our food, our server was friendly, and the atmosphere was pub-house comfortable.  The restaurant is located in a funky little part of town, and I really enjoyed the vibe.  Gotta love places that don’t take themselves too seriously.

Strolling through the surrounding area I saw these:

This place can never be accused of false advertising.  Love it.
Hmm, the outside decor of a hand-made craft and antique store
They really like to use vehicle halves on this street

After lunch we headed back to the RV park to relax.  Us ladies strolled down to the water, glasses in hand.

Sorry guys!  We didn’t bring any bread for you.

Back at camp the guys were telling fish tales.

Steve, Mick & Dana telling fish tales
Mick & Steve’s bromance is alive and well

Dana, Kay, Steve & I had everyone over for dinner:  Tri-tip steak with horseradish sauce, garlic & olive oil  roasted potatoes & assorted veggies, ranch beans, and monkey bread.  It was getting chilly outside (quite a difference from earlier in the day), so we all piled in our coach.  Good times, good times.

Aren’t these two so cute?  It’s easy to see where Tamara gets her youthful looks from.
